Next meeting in Budapest

The next ordinary meeting will be held in Budapest, Hungary, on 22-25 August 2010, with Istvén Sziklai as President.

The deadline for abstract submission (oral presentations and posters) is 4 April 2010.
A structured abstract of maximum 300 words in English should be sent to the General Secretary (rene.dauman@chu-bordeaux.fr) as an e-mail attachment (MS Word). Please complete the abstract as shown below:

Annual Fees

Please pay your annual dues (€ 50) to the Treasurer Reidar Grénman, address: Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Turku University Central Hospital, P.O. Box 52, FI-20521 Turku, Finland. Fax: +358 2 3133550, E-mail: reidar.grenman@tyks.fi. The preferred method of payment is VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard or Amex (see: FEES on the left).

The most convenient way to settie the dues is to pay them online to the Corlas account in Finland: Nordea 1652 Turku Hâmeenkatu. IBAN FI61 1652 3000 0165 12. BIC: NDEAFIHH. It is very important to remember that the name of the member must always be given (although the fee is paid e.g. by an institution).
The other option is to send by fax (+358 2 3133550) or "snail mail" the information on the attached sheet. Please do not use e-mail due to security reasons. To make the payment easy it is important to fill in the required information, especially check that the card number, expiration date and the card verification code, all must be included.
Please also fill in your e-mail address to which the receipt of the payment can be send when requested.
Do not use checks for payment due to high bank fees.

Collegium- PAYMENTS 2010

Ties, Badges and History Books

Collegium badges, ties and scarves can be obtained from the Treasurer. Payment can be done together with the membership fee (see the enclosed form). Extra copies of the history book are available at   25 through the General Secretary.
